Finance Assistant
We have a position available for a Finance assistant.
This temporary position would be ideal for a part time finance student. The salary will be R4000 pm, depending on the candidate’s experience.
Candidate must be available from 7/12/2009 to 18/12/2009 for training. Thereafter, the person will be on a month to month contract from 01/01/2010 to 31/03/2010.
Responsibilities:
- Sending of monthly turnover figures to the various centre managements
- Capturing of invoices
- Cashbook recons
- Filing
- Checking of telephone bills for personal usage
- Checking of branch bankables
- Checking and preparing age analysis (monthly report) for payments
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Pastel and Excel
- Matric essential
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work accurately
- Honest person
