IN STORE CUSTOMER POLICY
1. Testers
Testers with “TRY ME” stickers are provided for your convenience and trial before purchase. Testers are used at own risk. Please ask our Sales Advisors for testers if not available.
Any regular products that are opened and tested without permission must be paid for.
2. Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund or exchange goods within 10 business days if they do not fulfill their intended use. Products must be returned with till slip and in original unopened packaging.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, cosmetic accessories, hair products, body piercings, earrings, nose rings and tongue rings may not be refunded or exchanged.
Sale goods may not be refunded or exchanged.
A minimum handling fee of R5.00 will be charged if goods are not in their original packaging.
3. Warranty
We will gladly refund/replace/repair defective goods within a period of up to 6 months, depending on the intended use and lifespan of a product.
This warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, misuse, abuse or gross negligence.
We may refuse returns without a till slip if they are not clearly identifiable as Ralo Cosmetics products.
Please check all goods for possible damages before leaving the shop.
All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to Management’s discretion.
4. Risk Warnings
Certain ingredients in our products may cause an allergic reaction if applied to sensitive skin. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.
All products are solely for external use and should be used for intended purpose only.
Some products may represent a choking hazard. Please exercise caution in small children. Certain products are flammable.
5. Product Ingredients
Please ask our Sales Advisors for a list of ingredients for the product you wish to buy
6. Breakages
Any stock broken due to gross negligence or misconduct needs to be paid for.
Goods broken after purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
